Birthday Parties

Spring/Fall Semester:

1.) Extended Guest Pool Pass: A 2 hour rental during open recreation hours. This option is $150.00 and includes a maximum of 10 guests (plus the birthday child). Additional children can be added for $10 per person.  The times for this option are Friday's (5:30pm-7:30pm), Saturday (12:00pm-2:00pm or 2:30pm-4:30pm), and Sunday's (5:00pm-7:00pm). This includes tables/chairs in a lounge either above the pool or outside the pool.

2.) Private Pool Rental: A private party for 2 hours for a cost of $310.00. This option allows for up to 50 guests. Times for this rental are Friday evenings (7:30-9:30pm), Saturday's (8:00am-10:00am, 10:00am-12:00pm, 4:30pm-6:30pm, and 6:30pm-8:30pm), and Sunday's (9:00am-11:00am, 11:00am-1:00pm, 1:00pm-3:00pm, and 3:00pm-5:00pm). This includes tables/chairs in a lounge either above the pool or outside the pool.

3.) Climbing Wall Party: A 2 hour rental at the climbing wall with tables/chairs provided. This takes place outside of open recreation hours Friday (8:00-10:00pm), Saturday (11:00am-1:00pm or 5:00-7:00pm), and Sunday between 1:00pm and 3:00pm). The cost is $280 and is good for 20 guests.  This includes tables and chairs near the climbing wall.

4.) Basketball/Volleyball/Court Party: A 2 hour rental of an upstairs gymnasium and area for birthday party snacks/gifts (including tables and chairs).  These take place Saturday’s from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sunday’s from 1pm-7pm.  The cost is $190 and good for 50 guests.
