Designed for all levels. Find the right class to support your fitness and well-being goals. 

A WRC membership is not required to purchase a Fit Class Pass and attend fitness classes. Group fitness classes are not included as part of your WRC membership.

Registration is required for each class you wish to attend. Reservations can be made up to two weeks in advance and will remain open until the class is filled. If the class is full, you can show up to the class and get on the standby list. If you show up without registering and there is space, the instructor will help you get registered. If you need to cancel your class registration, log back into the registration system and cancel.

Fitness Classes

Cardio Dance

This exhilarating class will get your heart pumpin' and your body groovin' with easy-to-follow dance moves and cardio-based plyometrics for a total body workout! Whether you're a beginner or an exercise fanatic, this high-energy class is perfect for everyone. (50 min)

Cardio HIIT

Torch maximum calories in a minimum amount of time! The instructor will lead the class in short periods of all-out work, followed by short periods of active rest. Take basic moves and make them bigger, faster and stronger using your body weight and a variety of fitness equipment. (50 min)

Cycle Spin
Looking for an epic cardio challenge? The instructor will pedal you through high climbs, tough sprints, and many other drills in this spin class. Join us for an excellent workout and great challenge! (50 min)
Fighter Fit

Fighter Fit is a dynamic, high-intensity workout that blends boxing techniques, jump rope drills, ring movement and core conditioning for a powerful full-body experience. (50 min)

H20 Fit

Improve your cardio conditioning, muscular strength, and endurance using the buoyancy and resistance of the water, giving you a safe, effective and fun workout.

Happy Hour Cycling

Polar Flow Technology integrated into this 8-week, employee friendly indoor cycling class. Participants will use optimal heart rate zones to ensure workouts that meet your fitness goals. Great way to wrap up the week with cycling. (55 min)

Jump Fit

Bounce to fun moves that include arms, abs and legs! This is a total body cardio class on our mini trampolines, plus upper body strength training and abs off the trampolines for an extra challenge. (50 min)

Pilates Sculpt

Fire up your muscles in this energizing Pilates Sculpt class! Using light weights, resistance bands, yoga blocks and other equipment, you’ll move through dynamic, strength-focused exercises that tone, tighten, and build endurance. (50 min)

Power Pilates

It’s a core workout to the MAX! Feel your abs, arms and glutes work and strengthen through each move. (30 min)

Power Walk Plus

Join us for a fun, energizing Walk & Workout class! Inside the dome on chilly days or outdoors when the weather’s warm – for a brisk, music-powered walk, with pauses for quick bodyweight exercises! (50 min)

Sunrise Vinyasa Flow

Start your day with this early morning flow! Vinyasa yoga will help you connect with your body and breath through a fluid sequence of moves. This will leave you feeling relaxed, reinvigorated, and ready to tackle whatever the day throws your way! (50 min)

SWOLE

"Strength Without Limits" Build strength, add definition, increase bone density and decrease body fat by increasing lean muscles. Using a variety of weight training equipment, you'll target every major muscle group to create a stronger, more defined physique - no muscle left behind!

Tone & Tabata

Challenge your entire body with this tabata-based workout, alternating between dynamic bodyweight and strength training movements using a variety of equipment like weights, stability balls, resistance bands and TRX bands. (30 min)

Women in Weights

Do you find the weight room to be intimidating? Join our class taught by women for women that will have your muscles burning. Our instructors will teach proper form and provide a total body, strength building class for all abilities. Come learn how to lift in a supportive, stress-free environment while empowering the women around you! All are welcome. (50 min)
