What is Personal Training?

Personal training is a result-driven exercise program designed specifically for you. Certified personal trainers will assist you in goal setting, tailored workouts, equipment use, motivation techniques, and exercise adherence! Let our Personal Trainers assist you in feeling better, moving better, and in gaining more energy to enhance your quality of life.

UNI Personal Training Class

The class will begin on Monday, February 3rd and will end on Friday, April 17th.
The class will meet in WRC 155 every Monday and Wednesday from 3:00 to 4:00 pm, and every Friday from 3:00 to 4:30 pm. An informational meeting for the class will be held on Wednesday, January 29th at 3:00pm in WRC 155.

Certified Personal Trainers

All Personal Trainers have passed a 10-week intensive program based through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) national certification program. Training includes theory and practical evaluations with an 80% pass requirement. Many student personal trainers are currently majoring in the field of movement and exercise science.
