Certified Personal Trainers
All Personal Trainers have passed a 10-week intensive program based through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) national certification program. Training includes theory and practical evaluations with an 80% pass requirement. Many student personal trainers are currently majoring in the field of movement and exercise science.

Power Lifting Competition
It will be held on Saturday, Nov. 2nd from 1 - 4 pm. The cost for students is $25 and the public can participate for a $35 fee. All participants must be 18 years of age or older. The competitors will be grouped by gender and weight class.
