Aerobics/Dance Studio

The WRC has three multi-purpose studios used for academic classes, fitness programming, and sport clubs:

  • Studio 85 is used as a general fitness studio and is also programmed for spin classes.  This room houses 21  spin bikes and TRX anchors.
  • Studio 87 is known as the CORE room and is typically programmed for ball workouts focusing on an individual’s core body strength.  This studio also houses our kickboxing stations.
  • Studio 176 houses many different classes as well as our martial art clubs
